TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to deny any customer service for reasons to be determined by me (AaikoBoi Creations). This includes if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable.GENERAL
0. Communication is key. Always be reachable.1. I do not work with minors under the age of 15.
AaikoBoi Creations is not liable for suits no longer fitting due to the owner growing out of their suit.2. All my suit heads are made on headbases e.g. DVC, Nukecreations, Runaway Workshops, Schneepardi etc.3. I may not do small part commissions (that includes handpaws, feetpaws, tails, sleeves etc) if the designs get too complicated.4. I may alter or change a suit's design to fit my craft style. But that doesn't mean, I will leave anything out.5. The materials that are used on a suit belong to me unless stated otherwise i.e. if the commissioner wants to make more parts for the suit later on in life.6. I have the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing the reason.7. If you are disrespectful to me, I will not hesitate to blacklist. I will not entertain lousy behavior.8. Make sure you voice your opinion early if anything seems off to you so we can work together to make the best suit/item possible.PAYMENTS
1. Payments are done through bank transfers (for Europe residences) into Swedbank. Paypal transfers will be used for people outside of Europe. Due to paypal locking up money sent with goods & services, we ask you to send money with Friends & Family to avoid longer waiting times!2. Your personal information will be treated with absolute discretion and confidentiality.3. I will not start work until materials (1st) cost is made and materials are ordered.4. I do payment plans. Payments are separated into two, materials (1st) cost and work (2nd) cost.
Payments can either be sent in full, or 1st and 2nd separately.5. Work (2nd) cost must be paid within 6 months. If payment is not done within that time, I am allowed to sell or keep the suit after done modifications to the design.6. Customer won't receive their product until all payments have been paid.7. Additional fees may apply for the complexity of character.REFUNDS & RETURNS
1. I will not do any refunds after a suit is 100% finished.2. Materials (1st) payment is non-refundable3. I do not accept returns after the suit is sent out.4. If a commissioner does not respond for more than 2 months, the work in progress/finished product will be edited and sold and no refunds will be issued.COMPLETION TIMES & DEADLINES
1. I do not work with deadlines. We can set a preferred completion date but it will not be guaranteed.2. Average completion time for a suit is 2 to 3 months. Depending on the time of commissioning and outside factors, it may take up to 6 months.REVISION/EXTRA COSTS
1. Client is allowed to ask for changes, smaller ones usually are free (like shaving a small spot or moving the teeth). Bigger changes or extras (like changing the pattern, adding an extra limb etc) will cost extra.1.1. (The extra cost is determined on the difficulty of the change and the extra time it takes to make that change)Reasons for extra charges include but are not limited to:
Extremely detailed characters (markings, hairstyles, extra limbs etc.)
Changing of pattern
Changing the shape of the suit
Changing the headbaseSHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
1. The customer pays for shipping costs (10€ - 40€).
Shipping costs can vary greatly depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package.2. I can ship to Europe, the United States of America, Canada, Brazil, Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Russia, China, and Japan.If you're from outside the EU please be vary of any taxes and customs fees that might occur. I do not include them in my prices.PREMADES
1. I ask that you do not sell any premades I've made for any price higher than the original price. This does not apply if there are new additions to the premade, for example, more parts or art pieces.2. All premades are made with easy to acquire furs, but if for any reason a rare fur is used, I can send any leftover fur to the owner if they pay for the shipping.By submitting a commission form, you agree to all of the terms of service.
